Step one - Completely free of charge
Consultation
Starting with a detailed understanding of how you use your bathroom is the foundation for our design process.
After you submit an initial request, we'll quickly reach out to schedule an on-site visit. This meeting is your opportunity to express what you envision for your bathroom. Whether you prefer the timeless comfort of a bath, the practicality of a shower, or the versatility of having both.
During our visit, we'll discuss your storage preferences, whether you're interested in modern wall-mounted fixtures to maximise space, and your needs for easy cleaning solutions.
Our team takes careful measurements and listens to your specific requirements, ensuring that our design aligns with your vision.
Step two
Design & Visualisation
Once we have a clear understanding of your bathroom design preferences and the precise measurements of your space, our design experts begin crafting your bespoke 3D CAD visualisation.
This design allows you to see your future bathroom in detail. ensuring every part of the bathroom is to your approval before any physical work begins.
Our CAD program not only provides a realistic preview of your future bathroom, but also includes detailed drawings and a clear outline of costs. This stage is for making any adjustments or refinements to the design, as it allows you to explore different layouts and styles to see how various fixtures and finishes will look in your actual space.
We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with the proposed design.
Step three
Preparations & Protection
Once the design has met your approval, its time to bring it to life. Our process is designed to be smooth and efficient, typically completed within two weeks, depending on the requirements of your project.
From day one. we ensure that all carpets und flooring are fully protected, maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the installation.
The first week is crucial as our team undertakes the major work. We carefully dismantle the existing setup, handle all plumbing adjustments, lay the initial electrical groundwork, and replaster as necessary.
Each step is performed with precision by our skilled professionals, ensuring the groundwork is laid for the finishing touches.
Step four
Installation & Completion
In the second week, we begin tiling and assembling your new bathroom In this phase, we concentrate on refining each detail to make sure everything from the layout to the fixtures matches your expectations.
During the final stages of installation, our experts ensure that every aspect of the design is implemented with precision, maintaining our commitment to excellence throughout.
Our commitment to you does not end until you're fully satisfied Only after you approve the final installation and all details meet your expectations, do we consider the project complete.
We then provide a completion form as your assurance of a job well done. Now, it's time for you to enjoy the luxury and comfort of your new bathroom, crafted to your exact specifications.
Our promise to you is unwavering dedication to timelines and a stress-free process, ensuring that you can relax and look forward to the finished result without any concerns.

What warranties or guarantees do you offer?We offer the following warranties and guarantees: 1 year on workmanship. 1 year on all moving parts, taps, showers, cartridges etc. 10 years and more on everything else, glass toilets, basins cabinets etc.

What house protection do you offer?We offer the following house protection: All carpets are covered in a stick down floor protection, which will protect and stay down for the duration of the installation. Antinox will be used on all hard surfaces like wood and LVT. Skips will be put on timbers, so as not to mark any driveway or parking areas.

What are your payment terms?When you first book a time slot a deposit of £200 is taken to secure the time slot. This amount is non-refundable, but will be deducted from the final price. Once all the fixtures and fittings are picked and tiles they are to be paid for on order, then delivered to site once ready. Usually the week before the installation start date. On the start date a deposit is taken for the materials, pipe, adhesives, grouts, silicones, timber etc and skip hire. All labour costs are to be paid for on completion, once you as the customer are happy.
